Shape Assessment

A sheet to record your assessment of the children in 2d shape recognition. Print this sheet twice or double-sided (there are enough rows for 15 names) and simply fill in beside each child's name their results for recognition of each shape which is clearly shown.  I would advise ticking, for recognition, and marking in some other way for 'able to describe the shape using mathematical language'.
