Digital delivery

Mr Early Years sells digital teaching resources directly through this store. No physical parcel is sent and no physical delivery charge applies to digital-only orders.

For released resources described as instant downloads, access is normally provided after successful payment through the order/download page and/or an email sent to the address used at checkout. Check your spam folder and keep your download email. If access is missing or a link fails, contact sales@mrearlyyears.com with your order number.

Pre-release resources

Pre-release products are identified on their product page. Check that page before ordering for the content available immediately, the planned release date or schedule and how remaining content will be supplied. They are not necessarily available in full immediately. If delivery is delayed, we will contact affected customers and explain the available options. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Files and compatibility

Check the product description for file formats, language, printing requirements and any software or account needed. PDF resources require a compatible PDF reader; editable documents and spreadsheets require the software described on the product page. Internet access is needed to obtain downloads. Printing, devices and third-party software are not included unless expressly stated. Contact us before buying if compatibility is unclear. Your statutory rights remain.

External purchases

Links to Amazon or other sellers take you to a separate website. That seller provides its own checkout, delivery and returns arrangements. An external physical product is not shipped by Mr Early Years merely because it is recommended here.
