Refund policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Digital teaching resources
Resources purchased directly from Mr Early Years are digital downloads unless the product description expressly states otherwise. There is no physical item to return. This policy does not restrict your statutory rights, including for discounted products.
Your right to cancel
If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel a digital-content purchase without giving a reason.
You lose that cancellation right only when supply of the digital content begins after you have expressly consented to supply during the cancellation period and acknowledged that this will cause you to lose your cancellation right, and we have provided the legally required confirmation on a durable medium, such as email. Simply placing an order, accepting general terms or receiving a download link does not by itself establish that these requirements have been met.
If these requirements have not been met, your applicable cancellation rights remain. Nothing here limits any longer period or additional protection required by law. Where the cancellation right has validly ended, we do not normally provide change-of-mind refunds for correctly supplied digital content. We may consider exceptional requests individually, without affecting your statutory rights.
Download problems or faulty content
If a link does not work, a file is corrupted, content is missing or the resource does not match its description, email sales@mrearlyyears.com with your order number and details. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law. This may include supplying the content, correcting or replacing it free of charge within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, or a price reduction or refund where the applicable legal conditions are met. Your legal rights are not limited to a short reporting period, and downloading a file does not remove your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content.
Pre-release orders
Product pages explain what is available now and the expected delivery of outstanding content. You may cancel an entirely undelivered pre-release order for a full refund before supply begins. For orders supplied in stages, contact us about the undelivered part; your statutory rights remain and we will not treat the whole order as non-refundable merely because one part has been supplied. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery date, we will explain your options, including cancellation and reimbursement where required by law.
How to cancel or request help
Email sales@mrearlyyears.com or write to the business address on our Contact information page. A clear statement is sufficient; you do not need to use the optional form below. Send your cancellation before the applicable deadline.

Reimbursement
Where a cancellation refund is due, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to cancel, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging a reimbursement fee. Other statutory refunds will be made within the applicable legal deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
Third-party purchases
For purchases completed on Amazon or another external seller's website, contact that seller under its terms and the law applicable to that purchase. This does not affect any rights you have against us where we are legally responsible.
