Pre-release orders and cancellation

Some resources are offered before the complete pack is released. The product page states what your order includes, any content available immediately, the expected release schedule and the payment arrangements. The amount payable is shown at checkout.

You may cancel an entirely undelivered pre-release order for a full refund before supply begins by emailing sales@mrearlyyears.com. If some content has already been supplied, contact us about the remaining content. We will apply the refund and cancellation policy and your statutory rights, including any applicable withdrawal right. Supplying one part does not automatically remove rights relating to the whole order.

If we cannot deliver as agreed, we will contact you and explain your options, including cancellation and reimbursement where the law requires it.

Recurring payments

An ordinary one-off resource purchase does not create a subscription. Any subscription, recurring charge or trial must be expressly described and agreed before purchase, including the price, billing frequency, duration and cancellation arrangements. We do not treat a one-off order as consent to recurring charges. If you have an existing recurring arrangement or need help cancelling it, email sales@mrearlyyears.com with the order details.
